I just want to say that title is the first thing your reader catch and read basing on that they decide to continue reading your writing or not. Having that being said, when you fail to write a compelling title, a well-organized article will not work much no matter how high quality it has.
Always have your readers in mind
Thinking about your reader is the only way to have a reader-oriented writing. What do they want from your article? Does your writing fulfill their needs of information? Does it bring anything new to them? Then, again, try to include only relating and meaning ideas and make it easy for them to follow. Saying that no one wants to read a hard-to-follow writing that drives them crazy.
3. Write draft

Leave your writing for a day and come back to it with fresh eyes. Come back and edit your work a few times will reduce mistakes that you usually cannot realize right after writing.
